Si les conditions sont satisfaites, il \u00e9mettra un avoir qui permettra \u00e0 oocargoo de rembourser les sommes concern\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019Acheteur.<\/p><p>En cas de non-satisfaction des conditions de retour par l\u2019Acheteur, le Vendeur et l\u2019Acheteur feront leurs meilleurs efforts pour trouver une solution d\u2019entente, oocargoo ne pouvant pas, en tant que Marketplace, prendre d\u2019initiative ou de d\u00e9cision en lieu et place des Vendeurs et sa responsabilit\u00e9 ne pourra \u00eatre engag\u00e9e, ce que les Acheteurs d\u00e9clarent reconna\u00eetre et accepter.<\/p><p>R\u00e9clamations \u2013 Non-Conformit\u00e9s<\/p><p>Il est entendu entre les Parties que le Vendeur sera seul responsable des retards de livraison, des livraisons partielles de Produits, des non-conformit\u00e9s ou dommages aux Produits vendus \u00e0 l\u2019Acheteur, sauf dans l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se o\u00f9 le Vendeur pourrait d\u00e9montrer que le retard de livraison ou la non-conformit\u00e9 des Produits \u00e0 la commande sont dus \u00e0 une faute de oocargoo.<\/p><p>Le Vendeur a l\u2019obligation de mettre en \u0153uvre les dispositions l\u00e9gales et r\u00e9glementaires en cas de d\u00e9faut de conformit\u00e9 du Produit, y compris dans l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se o\u00f9 l\u2019Acheteur n\u2019aurait pas fait jouer sa facult\u00e9 de formuler des r\u00e9serves \u00e0 la livraison. L\u2019absence de r\u00e9serves ne saurait entraver le recours de l\u2019Acheteur aupr\u00e8s du Vendeur pour obtenir l\u2019\u00e9change, la r\u00e9paration ou le remboursement du Produit. A d\u00e9faut, oocargoo se r\u00e9serve le droit de conserver ou d\u00e9duire d\u2019une autre vente les sommes concern\u00e9es \u00e0 reverser au Vendeur.<\/p><p>Le Vendeur doit r\u00e9pondre aux r\u00e9clamations des Acheteurs dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 satisfaire l\u2019Acheteur dans la plus grande mesure du possible et en tout \u00e9tat de cause dans les conditions.<\/p><p>Le Vendeur doit faire tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 l\u2019amiable toutes les r\u00e9clamations \u00e9manant de l\u2019Acheteur, sans l\u2019intervention de oocargoo. Cependant, oocargoo pourra exceptionnellement intervenir dans les situations de blocage.<\/p><p>Toutes les r\u00e9clamations de l\u2019Acheteur qui interviendrait dans un d\u00e9lai de sept (7) jours \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception du Produit devront \u00eatre r\u00e9solues par le Vendeur et par le biais de la Marketplace. Au-del\u00e0 de ce d\u00e9lai, oocargoo n\u2019interviendra plus en tant qu\u2019interm\u00e9diaire.<\/p><p>Dans l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se o\u00f9 le Vendeur autoriserait l\u2019Acheteur \u00e0 retourner un Produit endommag\u00e9, non conforme ou arriv\u00e9 en retard, le retour se fera \u00e0 l\u2019adresse indiqu\u00e9e par le Vendeur (en algerie).<\/p><p>Une fois que le Produit retourn\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 endommag\u00e9 ou non conforme par le Vendeur, le Vendeur devra soit r\u00e9parer, soit \u00e9changer le Produit, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la demande de l\u2019Acheteur. En cas d\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9changer ou de r\u00e9parer le Produit, le Vendeur pourra demander \u00e0 oocargoo de proc\u00e9der au remboursement des sommes pay\u00e9es par l\u2019Acheteur (prix des Produits et, sous conditions, frais de livraison aller). For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact<\/li>\r\n \t<li>All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Originals receipts would need to be included<\/li>\r\n \t<li>All items would need to be purchased originally fromSingapore<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nIf non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.\r\n\r\n<strong><em>Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.<\/em><\/strong>\r\n<h3>1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES &amp; RETURNS<\/h3>\r\nAll exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.company.com\/\">www.company.com<\/a>. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.company.com\/\">www.company.com<\/a> for both local and overseas deliveries.\r\n<h3>2. EXCHANGES AT OUR BOUTIQUES<\/h3>\r\n2.1 You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to any of our boutiques.\r\n\r\n2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) in the boutique immediately after evaluation by our retail associates that it is valid.\r\n\r\n2.3 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash.\r\n\r\n2.4 There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).\r\n\r\n2.5 No other forms of exchanges (such as boutique cash vouchers or online store credit) will be given at our boutiques.\r\n<h3>3. EXCHANGES &amp; RETURNS ONLINE<\/h3>\r\n3.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.\r\n\r\n3.2 Kindly print and fill up the Exchange\/Return Request Form <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">here<\/span><\/strong> and follow the steps indicated in the form for your exchange.\r\n\r\n3.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.\r\n\r\n3.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.\u00a0 Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.\r\n\r\n3.5 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable for boutique vouchers. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online only and cannot be used in our Retail boutiques.\r\n\r\n3.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.\r\n\r\n3.7 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.\r\n\r\n3.8 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, BeetleBug.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.
